"11/22/2023 I called the number that Take 5 asked me to reach out to. I shared my concerns with a customer service representative. The manager gave me a call personally and apologized for what had happened. Thank you for communicating with me and making it right. 11/19/2023 Oil Change portion went ok, but I was asked if I wanted the high mileage oil change because it gives you 2,500 extra miles. I said, “yes”, I got my sticker and the sticker mileage was still only marked for 3,000 miles. My receipt, $111, said they checked the - Air Filter - they did not even look - Tires - did not check any of the tires - Windshield - did not clean - Wipers - did not check because I had a wiper that was broken - Coolant - did not check, it was low - Wiper Fluid - sufficient level, but did not check I did go back a few days later and mentioned everything they did not check. Take 5 did check everything and gave me wiper blades. I was a little frustrated."
