"Over 2 months now and I still have not received my father’s ashes or death certificates. They lied about shipping them to me and said they were shipped but returned (I went to the post office and asked about it and they said that wasn’t the case. That’s how I know it was a lie) and I was told a week ago it was being shipped via UPS. Still nothing. I would bet that it still hasn’t been shipped now that I know the first time they “shipped it” was a lie. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. EDIT: like I said above, I was told it was shipped a week ago and find out today that it wasn’t shipped until yesterday. So many lies from these people"
