"BUYER BEWARE. My family got a used Mustang from the place a few years ago and had a minor problem with a leaking sunroof, which I understand is not an option for OEM Mustangs. After "repairs", we got it back with a dented roof panel (which wasn't dented before,) a loose headliner, and the glass was MESSILY CAULKED SHUT. This didn't even fix the leak. They only responded with "It's your car now" when we confronted them about it at the building. This was an unacceptable way to handle this situation, even if a sunroof isn't a factory option. The master cylinder was also overfilled with questionably colored fluid when it was replaced before sale. I'm SERIOUSLY regretting that we didn't get it settled in court over lemon laws. Can't now since we waited too long. My advice? Don't go back for repairs if you ever get a car from them. You could get nicer results by doing it yourself. It *was* for my mom at first, but now I'm stuck with it. Surprised one of us didn't post about it until now."

"Great service work by the mechanic, but the lady at the service desk either needs a new attitude, or to have training on customer relations. I've worked in customer service, and been a public servant my entire life, and at no time is there, or has there ever been a good reason to talk down to a polite, well-mannered, good paying customer. I was quite shocked when my elderly father finally gave up and walked out of this business, frustrated with her bad attitude towards basic questions about what his hard earned retirement money was about to be spent to repair. If it happened only once, its understandable that maybe the employee just a bad day, but this continuing to happen on multiple occasions, both by phone and in person...now that's a problem. The extra drive to the Ford dealership in Ruston is well worth the time...at least one isn't made to feel like an imposition, or made to feel rushed when asking simple questions before spending hundreds of dollars for repairs. Customer service is not the place for a rude, inconsiderate, at times degrading attitude towards good paying customers!"
