"I would give 0 stars if I could. You're better off going to the Jersey Mike's on Corporate or Bluebonnet. I've had two bad experiences with the same people who work there. I wanted to give them a pass for the 1st time but to get the same treatment and poor quality of service the 2nd time will prevent me from ever coming back to this location! - We had 5 people in line waiting to place the order and not one of the employees would look over at us while we waited to at least say "sorry for the wait, we will be right with you.'' for curtsey & as a professional. - When they did get to us waiting in line to order, the music was so loud blaring rap music that the employee couldn't hear me repeat my order 3x. - No functional training or business operation has been established whatsoever (shame on the owner & GM). What's the point of telling the employee who makes the colds subs your order for them to yell to the employee on the grill what we order and them not remember your order w/ customizations. There was no order ticket to provide the employee with the order and no care whatsoever. When I asked if they put on the additional toppings that I requested they rolled their eyes at me when it was THEIR issue for not knowing how to properly run the flow of a restaurant-type shop. - Lastly, don't get in the service industry if you want to look miserable and PO at the customers. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!"

"I visited today for the first time. The bread is really good. I'm not a fan of the turkey or ham that was served on the club, it was salty. Not many options to dress up your sandwich. The lettuce was not green it was a little brown and they still were serving it. It's overpriced for a sandwich that was not that good. It's in a shopping center and parking can be challenging."
