"I waited several hours for another tow company, which resulted in them damaging my car. My insurance company called Bricks Towing to the rescue. The ETA was about an hour wait. The driver kept me informed that he was on his way by directly calling me. My passenger tire and rim were detached from my car. The tow guy had a piece of wood and his jack. He then jacked the car up and placed the wood underneath my rotor that was exposed to the ground. He took his time guiding my car up the back of the tow truck. He safely carried me and my vehicle to my destination. I would like to thank him publicly for being professional and knowledgeable of his job. I was in tears before he showed up he helped me to feel better by doing his job well and correct."
