"Went to Orr Acura. First I want to say Mr Carl is a great no problems with him he was understanding and very patient. His manager on the other hand is rude and not understanding. My husband and I was gonna purchase a suv we wanted be sure the car seats fitted into the seats properly, sadly it did not work for us considering our family size. The manager was rude about it and was trying to gas light us into to thinking it would work for us when the car seats did not fit or work in the suv. He’s main goal was to push a suv on us that wasn’t working for us rather to listen to understand. After that experience I don’t think I will coming back to this location. The manager needs to learn how to talk to people."
