"The worst service department ever. I had an oil change done on newer vehicle several months ago (took over 4 1/2 hours)and the tech did not put the oil filter on correctly unbeknownst to me. Now months later my car is due for oil change so I checked the oil to see the color to see if I could put it off for a few weeks and the dipstick was completely dry, so very concerned and upset i immediately take the car to Buick service department for them to fix the problem and put a little oil the car so it would not damage engine so I could drive it to a 10 minute oil change place that I trust will do oil change correctly. That did not happen, service department admitted the last tech messed up so they were gonna clean up all the oil that leaked all in engine and put a new plug in and have me all fixed up.. so after 3 hours they have the nerve to want to charge me $100 for oil change they performed because they had no choice they said.. I guess that’s because they didn’t have to drain much oil and had to put new oil filter on correctly. So please don’t waste you day there to get an oil change that is poor and overpriced. Valvoline oil change will have you done in ten minutes and fill up all your other fluids at a fraction of the price as well as save you hours of your day…"

"I purchased a new truck from Morgan GMC in Bossier City in October 2022. It was damaged in transit, front and rear bumpers. I purchased the vehicle with the promise that the bumpers would be replaced. I have been told at least twice that the bumpers are in and ready to be put on the vehicle, however, it is now one 1-27-23 and I am still waiting for bumpers to be replaced on a new vehicle. I was told that I would have a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired, and that I would receive a call sometime between Wednesday and Friday and it is now Friday and still no call. I have talked with Adam, the service advisor, Keith, the general manager, and my salesman, Shae, all had promises with no follow through."

"****WARNING**** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! The incompetence from the technicians to the service reps is unnerving! They have no manager on site except for Tuesdays. They had my truck for almost the entire month of September for a service and a/c repair. $3000 dollars later, the a/c still does not work properly. Oh....and they wrecked my truck while it was there. Thankfully, they did repair the damage that was done, but can't fix my a/c. The entire a/c system from the compressor down has been replaced and still not blowing cold. If I could give zero stars, I would! Stay away from this dealership. You have been warned!!!"
