"Back on 2/6/2024 took my child car in for an oil change wasn't having any issues with the car, after having the oil change 2 days later the oil was leaking, I called to speak with a manger the manger wasn't in, the person that answered the phone was very disrespectful on the phone and also when my child took the car back up there today 2/14/2024, my son told him I needed to speak with him before they do anything to the car he started cussing child out telling we trying to scam them which is not true. I have been using this place for the last five years getting an oil change for my truck I've never encountered any problems with any of the workers I even tip them. If asking for the manager or the owner is a problem then you need to find yourself another job. I was only trying to get the issue in hand solved not to be treated poorly as a customer I didn't deserve to be disrespected and nor did my child."

"I took my Infiniti for an oil change on my off day. I work the hours that they are open, so I usually call ahead for an appointment. I admit I was a bit distracted by a phone call. They were done in less than 5 mins. The next day, my oil and filter light was on again. I have been calling Discount Lube since that time, but there has been no answer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE."
