"The staff is nice and friendly. There was a few things I didn't like when they said my vehicle was ready for pickup and they took it back to repair and adjusted the things I mentioned. Overall there work was good and kept me updated the whole time."

"I took my truck to Joe Hudson Collision Center, I recieved a phone saying my truck was burglarized on there property they didn't have any video they say their cameras didn't work they left my car outside window out keys on dashboard. I feel like this was neglectant and possible inside job. The manager Denise Mckelvain said Joe Hudson Colision will not pay for what was stolen out of my truck. The contract you sign with them states there not responsible for any theft or missing items."

"WORST AUTO COLLISON SHOP I EVER DEALT WITH!!! The day I dropped my vehicle off, I entered the office, and no one said anything to me for at least 10 mins. The young lady was on the phone, looked up, and didn't even acknowledge me. When she got off the phone, she still did not speak to me or ask me if I needed help. A woman came out the back and instantly asked me if I needed help after I had been sitting there for 10 mins. The day the inspector went to the shop, he called me and told me the estimate and that he cleared the shop to go ahead and begin working on the vehicle. That was on a Monday. So Wednesday comes and it's around closing time and I call the shop to get an update on my vehicle, this is when the woman tells me they are not able to do the repairs because of codes that came on due to the collision after I and the inspector informed them off the codes and that the vehicle had to be sent to Audi after the body work was performed. So I asked the lady, "When were you going to call and tell me this after knowing you guys weren't going to do the repairs since Monday?" She replied "Today". And its almost 4 pm, and they close around 5 pm. So I had to find a new body shop and get my vehicle there. They are so unprofessional. Don't waste your time."
