"The lady who made my smoothie bowl did an absolute horrible job. It’s so sad to see young individuals working at prestigious establishments not have good work ethics. I ordered a smoothie bowl on 10/12/23 at approximately 3:30–3:45 p.m. When I got to the window, I paid, and the lady asked if I could pull around and they would bring my order out to me. I said, “Yes, and I did that”. Maybe 5 minutes later, the lady brought my order. No, hello, hi, or how are you? It was a simple “here you go”. The lady was very discourteous. I did notice the smoothie bowl was not exactly as I wanted it. I informed the lady, and she took the bowl back and came with the second bowl. I apologized for the inconvenience. Once again, the lady didn’t acknowledge or say anything. It was a simple, "Here you go”. Her personality was very barbarian. The smoothie bowl was very watery; there wasn’t hardly any granola on top, and I found a chunk of ice in the bowl. I’m so glad my child didn’t choke on the ice. That would have been a lawsuit, I would have won!"

"I don't know who owns this location but these kids in here are literally throwing your money out of the window. They are making smoothies incorrectly, playing on the drive through monitor, locking the lobby door in broad day light claiming its for safety and zero customer service skills on any reasonable level. I work in mid city and will drive to the Acadian Location just to avoid the hassle. Somebody has to say something."
