I tried them on once, and they were perfect! Not one sore spot to be found. I think they did their best to do the right by me because it had been so horrible, initially."

"This place was very unwelcoming and the staff was very rude. I called because I had extreme tooth pain and needed an emergency extraction. The lady on the phone said I'd have an appointment at 5 pm same day. Drove all the way there so the rude lady at the desk told me I'm not on file. Then she rescheduled me the next day at 8 am. Then I received an email confirmation for 11 am and 12 pm a day later. 2 appointments. I was lied to and these employees are very incompetent. I arrive for my 11 am appointment 10 min late and the rude lady again said, "We can't see you today. Your late.". They then referred me to a different business. Wouldn't even see me. So I went to another dentist and got seen the same day. They had a more friendly staff who cared about a patient in severe pain. The other dentist was Shreveport Dental Solutions down the street. Please go there instead. These people are very horrible and I was appalled. They also were rude to my military father who served during wartime overseas because he had his service dog with him."

I absolutely loved the staff and will come back for the hospitality alone. The staff was also very knowledgeable on care options and procedures and were able to explain concepts to me with ease."
