"Stayed in Shreveport LA for the night and our slide malfunctioned ... turned out to be a short in the power switch. Billy came out the very next morning and was able to identify the problem and help us get the slide back in gave us all the part information and data needed so we can get it fixed when we return home. He knows his stuff and we were super impressed with his knowledge and totally appreciated all of his help!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!"
"SAVED OUR VACATION ! Bought a new travel trailer from a local dealership a month ago. Slide broke on the second use. The dealership that I will not name (but is a major national dealership located in Bossier) basically turned their back on me as soon as I drove off the lot. We had this vacation planned for months. I called B&T on Tuesday. Thursday evening, just in time to leave, I was picking my rv up at the shop - fixed and ready to go! Prices of repair very reasonable considering I was in a bind. Billy was incredible. If it wasn’t for him and his dedication to customer service, our vacation plans would have been ruined. If I could give more stars I would!"
