"I will no longer be returning to this dentist. My son has bad anxiety and he gets very nervous and he has really bad sensory issues and I have put that in his documents when I first brought him to this dentist because people raved about it well the two male doctors they get aggravated. Every time I sign won’t bite down so they can get pictures of his teeth. my son doesn’t like it. He gets very nervous. They’re not patient or calm so they get aggravated and my son can sense that they’re going and aggravated by him so he start crying. The only person that Ashley was nice and sweet to have during the whole entire appointment. What is the nurse? Oh I was only going there for her. I wasn’t even going there for the doctor so we are changing. Both of my boys is dentist and we will no longer be returning to hear because my son has had such bad experience with these two male doctors."
"Special shout out to Ms. Barbra. My daughter always throws a fit when it's time to get ger teeth cleaned but not this time. I actually got to sit and watch my baby actually get her teeth cleaned and not have to help. Barbra is patient; gentle and kid friendly. Thank you Barbra for a pleasant experience"
"Sooo I love this dentist office! They are like family away for my children and I. Everyone is so nice and they are very familiar with my children and I. We had the chance to see Ms. Barbara at the Mansfield Road location. She’s a doll!! I’m talking just as nice and respectful as they come. My kids were so comfortable with her. We also got to see Dr. Moses and I love how he works with. He kind, patient, and respectful. Taylor Dental is the best I’ve been with in awhile. They actually care about their patients as well.
