"The owners were extremely helpful and kind to us in our time of need. Our car broke down in the middle of the highway, just before nightfall on a cold winter Saturday. Every mechanic shop we were calling was closed. Tow Truck was couple hours away. And our AC was throwing cold air. We made it to a hotel nearby. We ended up dialing a wrong number and reached BJ. He came out to take a look at our car with his co-worker and wife. They diagnosed the issue was that our serpentine belt broke. They came back in the morning with a new belt and that too after a long night of other work, even though it was a Sunday. They spent tough couple hours to get the belt on, pulled out the old belt stuck on my wheel, and also topped up my coolant free of cost. Also gave me a tip to rotate my tires. All in all, I can say with confidence this is a lovely and caring family business. They really do care. They went out of their way to help us when we were stranded. As we were on a long trip ahead (1000+ miles), they even asked us to let them know when we reach safely. All this with more than a fair price, definitely recommending them. Thanks guys!
