"We had their service for 2 years contract, we have to do a two years contract because they said we have to. When we wanted to cancel them before 2 years which we wish to end the contract after finishing the 2 years, they told us to do it 3 months before the contract end, which we did. We send out email, mail that we want to end the contract and stop using their service, because they are terrible both in quality, quantity, service and even customer service. They answer it by "we can't cancel the contract this early" which we been told to let them know 3 months, who lie here? So they told us to call them again when we "close to the end of the contract" we called a month before, 2 weeks before, a week before and even 3 days before, guess what they said? " You canceled too late, we already renew the contract" This is ridiculous wrong in all mean. I don't think I have ever met or doing business in this low in all means. If you accidentally have service with them, good luck!"
