"I would like to thank Heather for all of her assistance! My father had recently passed away and we were trying to get together sone photos and a program. She went out of her way and spent time helping us. Due to the extensive printing and technology needed we couldn’t use Walgreens. Heather however, was amazing and helpful."
"I’m sure the pharmacy techs are doing what they can but being out of prescriptions, making you wait to tell you they don’t have it and then just sending you away to call a different pharmacy. This pharmacy is a joke"
"The child girl working the pharmacy register wouldn't sell us insulin needles because the prescription my wife had wasn't for insulin. The prescription clearly called for the use of an insulin needle to administer. I will say we did not fill the prescription at wallgreens, the other pharmacy gave us wrong needles. We did however have the medication Un-opened in hand. Pretty typical trying to over regulate everything now days for no reason. Go elsewhere!!"
"This pharmacy isn't efficient. I was called Wednesday saying my insulin was ready. I showed up to get it and I was told they were out of stock, but that it would be in the next day. I showed up later in the afternoon on Thursday and was told that they were still out of stock. I called early on Friday, and was told they will no longer be stocking my insulin at all and that I need to try another pharmacy. After I called a new pharmacy, I was told they would call this Walgreens and have the subscription transferred. After a few hours I was told that this Walgreens was not answering the phone.I tried to call them, was put on hold for 30 minutes and was disconnect. It's my insulin. I need it. This Walgreens pharmacy does not care about the well being of their customers in the slightest. I will not be back."
"I have been using Vidor TX Walgreens for years for my family of 4. We have numerous prescriptions a month that we get filled there. I will be moving my prescriptions to CVS. My DL expired 2 weeks ago and I didn't realize it until Gabby, the extremely rude girl at Vidor Walgreens, told me. My mistake. I should have realized my driver's license expired 2 weeks ago. I wasn't worried though, because I have an unexpired license to carry, which the State of Texas recognizes as a valid form of identification. Oh so sweet and helpful Gabby says she won't accept it. She said go find someone with a valid ID. My son was with me so I offered his driving permit which is also valid. She refuses to accept that as well. So I had to go get my husband to use his ID. Once she seen me pull back in with a valid ID she turned into an even bigger b!+ch! (Sorry no other way to describe her) You cant work in customer service and treat people that way. Like I said, time to move all of my families prescriptions elsewhere. I do customer service too and I would be reprimanded for speaking to a customer the way she spoke to me. Then she hung up the phone as I was asking when my inhaler would be ready. Someone should tell Gabby to keep up the great work of running customers off. Her attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable!"
