"The hamburgers are bomb and cheap"
"Was visiting area with my kayak and was planning on doing some fishing at Lake Chicot. Stopped in to Shams to buy a life vest and talk some local fishing with someone from the area. The shop is loaded with tackle that works for the area. They carry major brands like zoom but also have some great small time local tackle manufacturers. You can stop in and get a few things that produce in the area. Unfortunately I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me. But he gave me the scoop on where to launch with a kayak and what had been going on in the lake. He was extremely helpful. Overall I had a great experience here and highly recommend stopping to get some tackle and talk local area fishing with these guys!"
