From someone from a minor position of power it's ridiculous if she is the example of black women I am officially disgusted this lady should not be allowed to work anywhere near a customer and to think she's the manager I can promise you she completed no training for it."

"Went in two days ago, Sunday, to do an Instacart pickup with the digital payment from InstaCart on my iPhone. The store's payment option I had to use did not work, and the cashier could not have been more rude or nasty in her attitude and how she spoke to me about it. All I did was put the items on the counter, to which she SNATCHED every one of them as if I had thrown them at her, and when I went to pay with the digital card, her comment was "That don't work on this register!. YOU GOTTAUSE SOMTHIN ELSE!" I told her "Well I'm sorry I don't have another way of paying at this time" to which I was told "Not my problem!". (there was another person behind the register counter doing something and that register was open, as she had rung up another person while I was being yelled at, but of course she ignored me) Now, I understand both of them may not want to work there, but I did not make her take the job and the court system, probably, did not make her take it either. And I am trying to make a little extra cash on the side and at the same time facilitate commerce and help the employees pay their bills as well. So, maybe these people need to wake up and realize that the store is only open because people come there for their over priced, poorly stocked items. And when they make it have to be closed it is on them. If it is not InsatCart I will never set foot in this poorly run place again."

"This place has the most nastiest attitudes from cashiers & management. They are so bias and unprofessional like I made them work there. And the lady manager & cashier last night was very rude and ordered me to get out because I asked to double bag my milk, stating she not get fired for me. That’s not any part of family dollar business development, regulations or expectations. This manager is always at E Tx St being one sided. I’ve seen her let a customer bring open milk back then I’ve seen her tell another customer that she can call whoever she want to she said what’s final. It’s sad we still deal with people like this. If you can’t interact with different people and backgrounds then customer service is not for you."

"I go to this Family Dollar pretty frequently. Today I go, there are three registers as always. There is a person at each register. A customer as at register 1 and 3 so I walk up to register 2. I am greeted with, Oh, I'm not open. Mind you, none of register numbers are lit up so how is anyone supposed to know you're not open prior to attempting to walk up. Please use the lights."
