"I’m only giving it a one star because of convenience and the cashier. However the manager was very rude. I asked the cashier one question and she jumped in and answered very rudely. I asked her was she having an okay day because wasn’t understanding where the attitude was coming from. She then replied yes and stared me down as she walked past me. This kind of behavior is so unacceptable and unprofessional. In my opinion y’all should evaluate who you allow to be managers. This isn’t someone who exemplifies a leader. I will never visit this store again. Now the one on General DeGualle they’re always kind and pleasant. I’ll spend my money there from now on."

"I will NEVER shop at this Family Dollar again, even though it’s close to my home and I have already spent hundreds of dollars there in the last year since I moved to the area. I’m going to tell my friends and family to stop shopping there as well, mainly because the staff is SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I always say please, Thankyou etc and for some reason the short ugly lady with the short hair - I guess she/he/it calls herself a manager - the woman HATES me and goes out of her way to be extremely rude and condescending every time I go in there. There is absolutely NO reason behind treating a regular and good paying customer this way, and I’ve had it with that ugly little troll lady. Good job Family Dollar, you’re now losing business because of your very rude staff… maybe hire some normal people and not stupid hateful ones."

"I only added an extra star because of the location and the ONE positive experience I encountered. I have shopped at this family dollar six times since January 2019. Out of those six, I had one good experience with their employees. I wish I would have taken her name down to give her proper recognition. The other employees lack customer service skills. One lady was on her phone stocking the shelves. Another time I went, they had two employees sitting behind the register on their phones. I was standing at one register waiting and another customer walked up to the second register. The employee looked up at my kids and I and went back to her phone. After she finished her text, she asked if we was ready to checkout. For my two kids to observe that and discuss that situation with me once we got to our vehicle means this was very unprofessional. There is also an aisle that has a huge cart in it to where the aisle is blocked off. This cart has been there for three months now. As I stated, there has been other situations that I have encountered during my shopping experience. Due to that reason I will not be shopping here again. I will drive the extra mile for better customer service and a cleaner store. A little advice.....hire people that want to work!"

"This Family Dollar is very unprofessional. The cashier staff is constantly changing & it seems like each time someone new comes aboard they're worser than the previous person. The cashier's be holding conversations amongst each other as they ring you up as well as be on their phones. It just seems like theirs no leadership giving direction & setting the tone for the store, especially in the afternoon & night time."
