"They have a lot of variety, decent prices. Asked cashier if both of my sale items rang up correctly and she said “uh huh.” They didn’t. I don’t expect any service from people who are grossly underpaid, but as long as you’re there, don’t be a drag."
"I visit this store frequently for the essentials and it used to be one of my favorites just for the convenience but today I got the impression that one of the cashiers is stealing from customers and I will not be back My total was 100.99 and the young boy at the register was very muttery and unclear about my total, all I could hear was 99. I thought he said $110.99 so I gave him $120 and he gave me $9 back. I questioned it for a second as I put the money in my wallet but I was in a rush so I didn't say anything. Later after looking at the recipe I saw that the total was $10 less than he told me and changed me. So either he is very bad at math or he pocketed the $10 and my guess is its the latter. He has likely done this several times and that's why he was intentionally mumbling my total to me"
"The workers here are lazy and rude. They hold inappropriate conversations among themselves and through video chat while they are dealing with customers. One cashier actually props her phone up on the scanner so she can video chat while checking people out. The shelves are usually in the process of being stocked but never seem to be completed, leaving the isles cluttered with inventory. I went to this store at least twice a week for about a month before writing this because I honestly didn't think any store could be run this way on purpose."
"Great to have around the corner, fast, easy, and many times reasonably priced items. Several times I've paid full price for sale items, prices not clearly labeled. Plus side, Managerial staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Some cashiers are wonderful and a treat to see, other employees should probably seek employment outside of retail since customer service is not their strong suit. Wish they'd post schedules!"
