"Prescriptions are never ready on time. Usually at 1-2 week delay, AND I have to call in multiple times to remind them to do their job. Last time I picked up my meds, there were three cars in the drive-thru line. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to my car, and the first car was only serviced after I honked a few times. When I got to the window, one of the pharmacists had the audacity to aggressively yell and gesture at me. As if it was my fault she had forgotten the drive thru window and was the one withholding medication from people. Luckily, one of the other pharmacists was on planet earth with us and completed the transaction after sending the lunatic away. Get rid of her, get better at customer service, stock the drugs that people are prescribed. Absolute joke."
"No exceptions for use of the restroom today is truly upsetting. A manager's apology does very little when your clothes soil requiring a trip home over 10mi away which could've been avoided with his help. Normally Walgreens' bathrooms are open to the public. I thought they could be trusted in this difficult, time-sensitive, medically prompted emergency. Let's do better!"
"The managers (especially the black middle aged lady) are extremely rude and judgmental to people who they think of as less than. The other workers are pretty much just there and doing their job & nagging about customers right in front of them! There is one lady who is super nice all of the time and I always look forward to when she’s at work. Store is barely stocked and good luck if you want anything from the fridges."
"I waited on the phone for 20 minutes before I hung up and now have been in the drive thru line for 1 hour (waited in the long line then had to turn around and get back in the line because my script wasn’t ready) because not only did they take all day, but also because they never picked up to say please hold or anything. Just continuously kept putting me on hold. The day before I picked up a prescription in the drive thru and was the waiting for 7 mins before the girl at the window would even acknowledge me. I know she could’ve been possibly working, as a former pharmacy tech for Walgreens, I know the work load, but the customer service here is terrible. If we have people waiting you are supposed to acknowledge them whether that’s saying “please hold” or “I’ll be with you in a sec” in the drive thru. I put in a script for 2 prescriptions. One took 1 week, because they just put it back because they didn’t want to work with and the other 2 days for whatever reason. I ended going up there letting them it’s been a while please fill the script."
"After my experiences with the Walgreens in the N.O. area I’m done with them completely but this store in particular is the worst. They make up their own rules for coupons and Walgreens cash that the company it self doesn’t uphold. I’ve had to call customer service more than once to find out and I hate doing that. I’ve worked retail and it sucked so I feel for the employees BUT that doesn’t excuse terrible customer service. Today was my last time going to Walgreens period after I was told that I could only use $5 of my $11 dollars in Walgreens cash when the fine print says it can be used in $1, $5, $10 intervals and so on. Was told “that’s how the store does it”..ok...came home and contacted customer service and was told..no..that’s not how the store does it and they are not sure what happened but the manager in the store would have had to fix the problem. Instead of going through all that I’m just done with them cause this isn’t the first time at this store. I placed a online order and 2 minutes later was told it was canceled with no reason. Thinking they were out of the product I went in the store and they were well stocked. I used a coupon that time also so pretty sure that’s why. Not sure why the employees are so hard up to save a billion dollar company that pays them pennies a few extra dollars. Just save your time and go across the street."
