"I find the Walgreens on Decatur is a shell of what it once was. They do not have a pharmacy and do not fill or dispense prescriptions here. The stock levels are pretty low on most items and a lot of the merchandise they do have is under lock and key. They did not even have AA batteries on my last visit. This place is okay for the items they have, but there is really not much here anymore."
"They closed the pharmacy permanently without any notification, so now we have to walk all the way to Canal street location in 100-degree weather. I am transferring all my meds to CVS and will never shop with you again."
"I just needed some body wash. It was locked up. I had to wait in line and ask for help to then be told to find a button to push for manager assistance. The makeup wasn't locked up. The sunscreen wasn't locked up. A $3 container of body wash locked in a case? Really? Just put it at the front of the store on an end cap in direct line of sight of the cashier. Inconvenient and annoying."
