I was getting worried that our order would not arrive in time for the holidays from their factory when we ordered a color that was not available in-store. Ashley the store manager jumped through hoops to make sure that I would receive my order in-time. She even gift wrapped it for me at no charge and included a little gift for the trouble. "Not only cookware, table as well! I wish I remembered my assistant's name, did start with an M. I have the flame collection and added a mini cocotte for butter, didn't want the actual one which utilizes water. Also a mortar & pestle and soup plates. M sent them in a few days since we were still traveling. We had fun opening them; they were so carefully secured, it was like recieving a prank wrapped holiday gift. Great job, all arrived the day expected, without a scratch! M, you are a wonderful assistant, you know your product and inventory, store and availability. Thank you, so much!
