"I WILL NEVER spend another cent at this place!! We had to purchase Pointe shoes and the person helping us sized us COMPLETELY WRONG! Not only was the actual shoe an entire size wrong, but the width was 2 sizes wrong. The lady even said to us, "She probably needs a 4x wide, but a 3x will do." And now they won't take them back or even give a store credit for THEIR mess up!Our entire experience with this place has been horrible. They have not been helpful in finding what we needed at all, we have felt rushed and they act and the fact that I have had to spend a reasonable amount of money there for multiple new dance shoes and apparel for BOTH of my daughters just makes me mad. Last but not least, THEY WILL NOT EXCEPT RETURNS of any kind!! All in all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT shopping at this place."
