If you are an organization with tax-exempt status, you will need to have an account on our website. You can create an account by filling out the necessary information, including creating a password. You must also enter your organization's tax-exempt information, which must match the information on your tax-exempt certificate.
We are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, which you can fax or email to us. We will keep your tax-exempt information on file until it expires, at which time a new copy of your tax ID certificate will be required.
To use a gift card to pay for your order, simply enter the 19-digit gift card number located above the magnetic strip on the back of your gift card. If your gift card has a 4-digit PIN, enter this as well. The balance of the card will be applied to your order. If your purchase exceeds the funds on your gift card, you can enter an additional form of payment to complete your purchase.

"I mean, it's your typical Family Dollar but you can't even push a buggy up and down the aisles. There is literally merchandise EVERYWHERE. Things in places they dont go and just shoved on shelves in disarray. Management needs to step up and get this store the way it should be. Other than that, great people....nice & friendly."
"The store was filled with what seemed to be nice new merchandise however i couldn't get down any isles with my buggy due to everything in the way or look at anything hanging bc everything fell instantly from being over full. Cashier wasn't friendly at all not to mention other employees ignoring me instead of attempting to help. I give the store 2 stars only bc it did have merchandise just needs to make room so people can actually go in and purchase some it it. So much without prices as well."
"I'm giving them a 2, even though I love the Family Dollar, this one in particular, on Hwy 74 in Prairieville, is ALWAYS a disaster! You can't walk down any isle especially the center isle in the store! There's clothes, toys, etc all scattered all over the floor, people walk & step all on the stuff! I soley blame the managers for the mess! It's there duty to make sure "there" store is clean & tidy!"
