"Bought refurbished laptop from Office Depo. The key board and keys didn't work right at all. Also one key was not even put on right. Caps button didn't work right at all."

"The individuals I interacted with at this particular location were HORRIBLE! The two workers in the front of the store were not professional and they lacked CUSTOMER SERVICE. According to one of the workers, after sending a print job to a specific email address, I would receive an automatic response. After sending the same email 4 times, I'm still waiting for the automatic response...I left the store over 7 hours ago. This has been the WORST Office Depot I have ever used. *1 star was issued because you have to select at least one*"

"Kenneth Mccray gets 20 stars. This guy deserves a promotion for his great customer service and hard work! I arrived at the store location at 9am and noticed he was outside standing in front of the store. That's a plus the first employee to arrive to work before time. When the store open I was looking for certain item and he stopped what he was doing to help me after noticing only one item was on the shelf, he checked storage and found one more, after he checked other store locations going above and beyond to help me. I checked out and went back to the office to notice I purchased the wrong item and needed the toner also! I took a picture with my phone of the toner I needed and went back to Office Depot. I brought the drum for the printer along with me but noticed I left my phone. The manager on duty stated she knows nothing about printers and couldn't help me figure out what toner I needed for the drum. This lady seen at this point I was aggravated at myself for leaving my phone behind rushing and still didn't even try to google it she just said I don't know I can't help you so I took it upon myself to go back to the aisle and see if i can find a match when Kenneth Mccray walked up noticing I came in an hour ago and said are you ok? Do you need help? I told him what I did, what I needed, and he said oh that's easy and I was able to make it back to my store to open on time! Thanks, Kenneth you are the best at what you do, and I hope it doesn't go unnoticed and the general manager Mr. Robbie see he has an employee ready to be manager because the manager on duty was rude and not a people's person at all. From the time I walked to her and asked are you open she stated this is a computer not a cash register making me feel very dumb in front of other customers. Kenneth just keep being you and great at what you do because it matters to the customers how they are treated."

"Terrible customer service I asked an employee upon entering the store if the provided a service he replied yes but didn't tell me that the only person capable of using a copier is on lunch to which I waited almost a half hour before a worker finally asked what I needed then I was told the employee I needed was on lunch break it's very easy to see why places like this are going extinct terrible customer service undertrained workers with bad attitudes and of course antiquated technology I'll never spend another quarter at office depot you do not deserve my money"

"I love to look around in Office Depot, just for fun. I like to get ideas for school and check out electronics. The folks at this location were nice. I came in with my mother and they were very patient with her."
