"Meat selection, seafood, bakery, produce... Each one is a grade above the other chain stores. Southeast Grocers is definitely the best store brand among the chains as well. The BOGO's and the reward points... Winn Dixie is the only place I shop, for all the above!"
"Ms. Debra the cashier has the best customer service I ever seen! Super patient, kind and caring. Great employee, blessings to you Ms. Debra and I will be back!"
"It's clean and nice and big. But the prices are ridiculous. I mean like BIG TIME."
"I usually love all the Winn Dixies I visit. They are clean and organized. Super nice people. BuT this Wnn Dixie on Siegen says they close at 10 and I'm here at 940 and they have people inside checking out and all the lights are on but the door way is locked and blocked. People depend on the posted hours and go out of their way to visit that store and can't get in during regular working hours. It's just not very consumer friendly. Espically on a Friday night!!"
"This store is always clean and well stocked. I frequently visit here as it is an area store as a almost 10 year area homeowner. However, myself and spouse have noticed the trained bias among staff. For example, staff are trained to watch people of color at self check outs vs those who are not a POC. Example 2, Go to the register and stand in line just to watch every non-colored person receive a welcoming "hello, how are you doing today". Yet, when it is my turn, no greeting comes from the staff. P.S. just because the staff are mostly black does not make it a non-racial issue when they treat a customer who is black as others, with the same respect and customer service. It is still racial profiling and discrimatory behavior. It is time to better train your staff. Do your organization somehow believe a person of color deserves a less than stellar customer experience? It is time to correct the behaviors."
