"Great place for fast food and dessert. Definitely serve more people than the place was made to handle. Every time I go I have to wait at least 15 minutes before I get to order."

"Literally waited 40 mins for dressed Fritos, probably would of never received them if my fiancé didn’t go in. Made it there about 6:50pm, was told to pull in the parking lot, someone would bring them out. A few of the workers kept peeking out the window, but not one time did someone come to us and ask are you waiting for anything. One young lady looked at us and kept mopping. Finally my fiancé goes in and let them know they forgot about us, so they make the order and we open the box up and it looks like they literally just threw it in the box. I Usually I don’t write reviews, but the customer service was that horrible."

"I love going to Brooke's but today I was upset I purchased and kids hamburger with snowball and a kids roast beef w snowball .. got the snowballs and two hamburger kids combo. My child was upset. And I was tired so I refused to go back I was already home. Next time please be mindful of the order and I will check before I leave."

"Stuff inside was so worried about the customers waiting too long, my order was messed up. But No big deal, Snowball's are always 10/10. Fav is the specialty strawberry cheese cake with fried cheesecake bites."
