"I went to Michaels with a friend of mine, and it had been several years since I had been in a Michaels, and I was blown away by all the new merchandise that they get in. I see all kinds of things that I want to go back and get. I will definitely be going back."

"So, I chose to shop here because my thinking was "Obviously, their selection of Arts & Crafts items is gonna be more extensive and have plenty more options than what I can find at places like, say Walmart and Target for example." They do have more options. Honestly, for the more common crafts, they seem to be lacking inventory. I was really pretty disappointed in the lack of overall selection of items, along with the lack of efficient organization and how difficult it was trying to find items similar to or "related" to one another. Some things were completely on the other end of the store!! But they do offer pretty decent discounts and sales, that is always a plus nowadays."

"There is a nice variety of things I get from here. However, there is one product I got from here and loved it but, I can not get it from here anymore. They have discontinued the item."

"I went in Michaels looking for a specific glue for my models that I'm working on and with the Michaels website on my phone, I was able to find the right aisle instead of looking all over the store. I even found another model truck. I will be going back again tomorrow for picture frames."
