The Children's Place

"If I could give no stars I would...due to the fact I spent a lot of money online and was scheduled to pick up at the stores location but to get to the location and find out that out of all 11 of my items that I purchased online they only had two of the items in store and also keep in mind I received a confirmation email stating that my order and all of the items was ready for pickup. So when I got to the store and realize that they only had two of my items I just canceled my order but to only find out that they can't release your funds within 3 to 5 business days for some items that you don't even have nor do they have in store he is just very unacceptable... Not only that but to go to a store when you find out if they don't have it in stock in store and ready the lady stated well you can do some shopping inside. I'm saying to myself that's the whole purpose of online shopping maybe Children's Place needs to get informed on how the online shopping process work...I will never shop again"
