Wendy's

"This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s close to our house and my toddler loves their nuggets, so despite the many horrible experiences, we keep going (probably because we also love the drama). Also, we only ever use the drive through. 1. They don’t show your order on the screen when you use drive through to confirm your order. This is problematic because they will undoubtedly get your order wrong. They also don’t give you a receipt, and will gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong about what you ordered. They’ll huff and puff when you ask them to correct. They will also side eye you when you take the time to check everything in your order. 2. One time I got a baconator that was cold and stale. I bit into it and immediately thought I was going to contract ecoli because it tasted so off. 3. One time I bit into a nugget and chomped onto a hard piece of blue plastic. I submitted a picture to corporate but have yet to receive word back about this. 4. One time I noticed one of my 2, 10-piece nuggets was missing, I told the attendant it was missing- she said “no it’s there” and like an idiot I believed her (it was a big order). When I got home- it was not, in fact there. 5. One time I drove through the drive though and no one was taking orders. As I drove past I did not see any workers, but did see a bunch of people waiting in the Wendy’s. Writing it all out, I probably shouldn’t return. My toddler had moved on to liking Canes now, which is convenient because it’s right next to this Wendy’s."

"didn’t give me a receipt, amount charged was different from the total i got in my online cart. fries cold and received regular nuggets instead of spicy despite that being what i ordered. was trying to order a peppermint frosty cream cold brew but girl at window cut me off after i said half of the word frosty, stating they only had chocolate. and then i had to repeat myself because she interrupted me and made false assumptions. they had the coffee. would not recommend."

"After being ignored by the girl in the cheap blue hair. She then decided to With more attitude than anyone has a right to talk to somebody with said. Hello and then continued to ignore me for 10 minutes. then I don't know what his problem was decided to come. Take my order with And add it to.. I was still friendly. Then they were just absolutely rude. After the treatment with the staff. I don't see a reason to call the management because if that's their Employees running the evening shift It's probably also their management style. Several other Wendy's in New Orleans. That will treat you with respect and get your order correct Please save yourself to trouble and go ahead and Go to one of those"

"I tried to order from the drive through last night 11/4/2023 and was informed that due to the manager was outside smoking that I have to wait until she comes back in, and they cannot take my order until then. I asked does she realize that my self and the cars behind me are waiting for her the answer was YES and she doesn't care. I and the 5 cars behind me all drove off."

"The staff at this location is wonderful. The Hispanic lady at the register in the front was quick prompt and polite. Not to mention the food came out fast and fresh. The store was clean and didn't have any weird smells like others I've been too. If you're in the area and want Wendy's, this is the one I recommend."
