"I love cider! Having visited many different cideries in Austin, I was excited to find one in my own backyard. Located just off River Road, it really isn’t far from just about anywhere. It’s housed in a huge warehouse, and when we were there, they had the big rolling door up, so there was fresh air and a nice breeze. It’s decorated with eclectic finds like old rusty signs , a bench made out of a car, and cool tables. We were there on a Sunday, for Drag Bingo. Their resident drag queen did not disappoint. She was a riot! Bawdy, naughty, and hilarious. We were happy to learn that 100% of the bingo card proceeds would go to a specific animal rescue. We were told that they chose a different rescue each month. The ciders: we first tried flights, so we could taste the most types. All of the ciders were on the dry side, much like wine. We especially liked the ciders made from Pears. These are way different from some of the brands you find in stores. We’ve been to a few places that seem to overdo their ciders with too many complicated ingredients. I like a clean, crisp flavor profile. They do offer seasonal flavors, as well. We snuck a peek at the huge fermentation tanks in the back of the warehouse. Good to know their products are crafted in house, on a major scale. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They do carry cheeses, crackers, and the like. The day we were there, they had a pop up food vendor. Very good pizza. All in all, we found a gem, and will definitely return."
"It was great little place to gang out! Nothing wrong with the cider, atmosphere, or otherwise. It was just another brewery."
"What a little gem right here in Jefferson! The owner Colleen and staff are always so welcoming to people and pups! The cider selection is so tasty, and the charcuterie selections are delicious! Love the old warehouse feel with great art, ping pong table , Corn hole and other old games. It has a great feel with tables or a bar, and a couple of picnic tables outside. They were so gracious in helping me host a surprise birthday party for a friend. All of our guests loved the place! We will be back! Thank you."
"Absolutely loved this quaint little cidery taproom! I went here yesterday afternoon to check out their offerings, and enjoyed ALL of their ciders and perries with my mother and I. Colleen (the wonderfully polite owner and founder) served us a flight of all their ciders and they were all marvelous. The two favorites of mine were the Huey Perry medium dry perry, and the Uncle Earl hopped apple cider (This will probably be a favorite of beer fanatics and hop heads.) They sadly were out of their Caledonia Blueberry Perry, which probably means it's delicious. After being so pleased with the flight, we ordered several glasses of the Huey Perry, and Uncle Earl and even took a 4 pint pack home of the Huey Perry! (Yes, they can fresh cider from the tap for you!) I really enjoyed my time here savoring their cider and chatting with the owner. Really comfortable and cute environment with various Americana and Louisana memorabilia. PLEASE stop by here if you enjoy cider, and or love beer as they have several Louisana craft beers rotating on tap as well as their fresh cider! Truly a hidden gem in Jefferson Parish!"
"Great little place to hang out with friends or a date night and get a drink. Pet Friendly! Bring your dog! There was outside seating available as well. There was a bingo game going on and a very funny MC on the mic. I went in thinking there was food to order, but there were only items available to make you own charcuterie board. During the bingo night, there was a sample dishes being served. Pasta and small sandwiches. I'm fairly new to Ciders, so I ordered the flight. In the pictures posted, it goes from left to right. Pear, pear, apple, apple, blueberry. I think the blueberry was my favorite that night. Ambiance was very welcoming. Made a new friend that night unexpectedly. I highly recommended going. I will definitely be back again with my pups. Proud to support small and local businesses. Thank you so much!"
