"I sent a friend to this shop and they totally disappointed me. They said it would take 45min to fix his phone. After a hour and a half they called and said they couldn't cause they didn't have the parts. When he went to pick it up they told him it would take 2 hours and a half to put it back together. Then they put his phone back together with new screen, they said they didn't have, and tried to charge him for it. This is unacceptable. Stay away from this place."

The customer service was good and the gentleman and lady that were working were pleasant and we had a pleasant conversation while the screen was replaced. The price was the best compared to three other stores (by $25-35) in the golden triangle area."

The last time I was in need of their service they had ten minutes until closing, but stayed over 10-15 minutes after their closing time to replace the screen on my phone and they did a superior job. We will go back for screen repair needs in the future because of their customer service and prices."
