Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen 125 West Prien Lake Road, Lake Charles, LA 70601

"This Popeyes on Prien Lake Rd, is nasty. The counter top where are oders are taken/placed had spillage of something very sticky. I asked for a wet towel one of the attendants handed me a handful of dry napkins which i tried to wipe the countertop with no luck. It stuck to counter top. I ordered the Surf & Turf with drink, the attandant handed me the cup and I looked under the dispencer at the nozzles well definately not been cleaned in AWHILE the manager was buzzing around in the kitchen. Tried to get her attention, the attendant for the grabbed a broom and disappeared in a closet maybe it was an office maybe? Two other patrons was standing in a line all three of us were at the counter waiting. The attendant walked by three times looked at us and kept going. The other two patrons walked out of restaurant. I had already paid approximately 6 to 8 minutes but still waiting on one of the items that was included in my order. The whole crew here needs job skills RETRAINING, courteous training. This was at Store # 2223 02/19/2024, 125 W. Prien Lake Road. If I had my phone with me I would have taken photos to post. Next time."

"I ordered online so that when I arrived at the menu board in the driver thru, I was immediately told to come to the window. Sweet young lady at window asked if I could drive around and park as my order wasn't ready yet. No problem as they had an influx before I arrived. They did have some anxious people in parking lot who kept hoping in and out and here, I'm assuming were gripping about their food time. It actually didn't take long for my food to arrive piping hot. Drove home, very fast lol, and just ate this great meal!! Thanks again. Super people and great service, just circumstances other people started, no problem. They handled it great!!!"

"Told me no inside service csuse its too difficult to handle. Only drive thru. Can you believe it. Who's managing this store? Who owns the franchise? Crazy business model. Hppe they go out of business with that attitude."

"I had an exceptional experience at Popeyes in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The staff's compassion and understanding shone through when my Uber Eats order faced repeated cancellations. Despite the inconvenience, the restaurant team, including the shift supervisor, displayed remarkable empathy. Upon arriving, they ensured I wasn't double-charged on my company credit card, turning a stressful situation into a positive one. Their caring attitude and excellent service deserve a solid five-star review. Uber Eats, however, should get negative 5 stars for their horrible service and multiple driver cancelations. The empathy that was shone at the resteraunt is what has secured my future patronage. Thank you!"

"The food was standard.......warm but not fresh, fresh. The location was a little scary. I would not have stopped there after dark. The workers were super nice. Their customer service was better than I have received at a fast food restaurant in a while."
