Reviews
"Like family The Revelry is in my opinion one of the most laid back and safer places on or near LSU campus. The staff there treat everyone the same and they care about their guest. Great place to go to for game days."
"Don’t ever go here. My husband went and used card to buy a single beer. Should be $3-$4 right? Charged $20. Didn’t tell my husband the total and when he went to talk to them to refund it, got told they “couldn’t do anything.” These people are thieves and will steal your money."
"If it wasn’t for the cop and the bouncer, this place would’ve gotten 5 stars. I was nothing but nice to every staff member, until it became last call at 2AM. My crowd and I were already walking out, and we arrived at the door. I didn’t know there was a policy to finish your drink before you leave, and my friends chugged (or already finished) their drinks. I have a medical problem with chugging alcohol, so when I didn’t finish my drink in one chug, the bouncer threatened to throw us out, I told him, “my brother in Christ, don’t worry, we’re almost out” the pig next to him decided to assert his authority (and fragile masculinity) and GRAB MY DRINK OUT OF MY HAND, and THROW IT AWAY right in front of me. I told him all I needed was a few more seconds, but he essentially said “screw you, I don’t wanna stay 2 seconds later than I have to” and wasted my money. I’m not the kind of person that goes out often or gets drunk, but these people have killed any chance of me coming back here. If this is how you feel about your patrons, then FORGET about seeing someone who isn’t a frat boy. I’ll go anywhere else.I’m praying for those individuals who soured my experience, because if it was up to me, they wouldn’t have a job."
"I heard a staff member make a rude racial comment behind me and my boyfriend's back after we asked for our drinks for a 3rd time. We will not be back again!"
"They play very loud, terrible covers and rave music until 2 AM every weekend night. They don't care about any of the other nearby businesses or many apartments. The staff are all adderalled up frat bros who allow women in at the age 18 and men in at 21. Make of that what you will."
