I haven’t found another store that can compare with the friendly customer service, price, and guarantee this store offers. I always enjoy a great experience here. The staff always make me feel like family every time I walk through the door. It’s always a pleasure to see Mr. Tom or speak with Mark when I visit. If by some narrow chance they don’t have what you want, they’re more than happy to order it and give you a call when it arrives. There’s a reason this place is still around after 40 years. "I got a pair of the pipe liner glasses and I used their recommendation on the size ( 46 ) and they don’t fit in my pancake hood. After calling the optical department they won’t exchange them for the small size (44) unless I buy another pair. So now I have glasses I can’t use for what they were intended for.update (1-23-23 ) Talked to Veronica today and did not get it resolved."
