"They forgot my mirror and brought my furniture after the delivery time"
"THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. The store manager Jacob Lewis called me yesterday on 5/5 to tell me my bill was 2 weeks over due when it was only a week over due being I pay monthly. However, they would have been paid by 5/10. He did not like that answer and became rude “I cant wait that long” with an attitude. Well today my card was charged when it was NOT authorized. When I called I was told I was on auto pay. Please tell me how I was on auto pay today but yet he called me yesterday because it was overdue which means yesterday I was NOT on auto pay and I never logged in my account except for the last payment I made last month. So they illegally charged my card without my authorization and put me on auto pay manually from their end. DO NOT GET MERCHANDISE FROM THEM. Thank the gods i’m a few payments away from pay off so I won’t have to deal with these people anymore."
