"This review is for both the lafayette & lake charles store. Overall, I do not recommend because it was the absolute most stressful part of our entire wedding. Starting at the beginning, I called the lafayette store in May 2022 to inquire about the store having taupe colored clothing for groom & groomsmen for our wedding in October. They said they didn't have those colors in but probably would in June. I later scheduled to have a consult in store with a man (David) with all of our groomsmen & groom present to be fitted and finalize a color June 25th. We arrived on time (we drove about 2.5-3 hrs to come here based on the reviews), but David wasn't there. We worked with a lady who helped get the measurements and we settled on taupe pants, vest & off white long sleeve (no jackets) for groomsmen & the same thing for the groom, except dark brown (pretty simple- pants, shirt & vest). They said everything would be in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks come & go and nobody has heard from the store. I called and talked to David who said he would check in on it. Calls back to say it'll be delayed, and they will let us know when they come in. Long story short, this back & forth went on until September. There was even one point David said "the BLUE suits will be in soon" I ordered brown, not blue. The LC store opened in July I believe so it was closer for us to go there. We requested that when the suits come in, to send them to the LC store, which they said was no problem since David & Marcus both went to both stores. After calling again for the suits, David told us they would be ready the following day & we can pick up. So we loaded up and came the next day... they weren't there. Wasted trip. These wasted trips happened numerous times - that was just the first of MANY. If recalling correctly, there was even 1 week where we made 3 trips with no results/correct items. At one point, the groomsmens order came in, they tried on, some did not fit & needed to resize (they also had jackets, which we did not order). When they finally said the groom & my dad's order were in, we loaded up again and went to the LC store. My dad's was not there. The grooms was, but the size was totally wrong. We watched David then pull someone else's unrelated order, give those to the groom to try on, and pinned that other persons pants to our order. We finally settled all of this with Marcus at the LC store after he had to fix the mess and chaos by ordering my dad's items to be shipped expedited right to their house. This was all finally settled the last week of September, right before our October wedding. The groomsmen received free alterations & my dad and groom received their entire order free to help resolve the conflict. While we appreciated the guy at the LC store cutting us deals due to the unprofessional experience, I cannot feel comfortable sending my friends & family here for future orders simply because I know how difficult of a time we had."
