"Sold me 2 day air without letting me know they wouldn't get it in time (took 4 days) for $30. I could have shipped ground for the same price. I called they were unhelpful and rude. He admittedly sold me second day air knowing it wouldn't get here for 4 days and never mentioned to me. Some people shouldn't be in business. UPDATE: The owner called and apologized. He takes each customer seriously and I really appreciated his time and concern. UPDATE: Never received refund, even after multiple calls to owner. I guess the spoil runs thru the whole crew. Tackle warehouse is worth every bit of the reputation it has."
