"I am ticked off that I ordered UNSWEET tea for the upteenth time and got home and it’s sweet tea. Normally no big deal but I can’t drink sweet tea and I have to throw away money on two large teas and it just keeps happening. Pay attention to what your guests are asking for."

"Every time Wendy’s has a special burger this location runs out of buns. It like the manager doesn’t know how to manage. They have to order more buns for the store. Very simple. No point in advertising you are selling something if the customer can’t buy it. I don’t buy something else, I just leave mad not wanting to come back to Wendy’s. Every time! It’s very frustrating!"

"Hands down the worst place to eat in the parish. Grossly incompetent doesn't even begin to sum it up. If you order a cheeseburger they will give you a plain one. Order nuggets and they will give you a cheeseburger. Order 4 drinks and you'll get 2. I've been here a few times and they have screwed me every single time. I placed a very basic, simple drive thru order today at around 4 pm. The "woman" who gave me my order even confirmed the drink order with us, then proceeded to "forget" to give me 2 of my drinks. It's hard to imagine this being an accident. They had JUST confirmed my drink order. Then the fries had an odd, sour, rancid taste to them. The staff here are obviously either profoundly cognitively disabled or they are all on drugs or both. Either way, they are a danger to society and should not be allowed in the general population without some kind of aid or handler. I grew up eating mickey ds in the ghettos of nyc and this wendys makes them look like Antoines. I will NEVER return here, not as a paying customer anyway. The industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster to the human race."
