"Ordered a 4 piece white meal with red beans. Thought it was odd that I wasn’t given a receipt but didn’t think anything of it. Once I got home and opened my order I noticed that I was given a 4 piece MIXED. This is literally the second time this has happened at this location within 2 months. Same order, same screw up. Don’t know what’s going on at this location; maybe the workers/management just don’t care about customer service"

"We asked for all dark meat in a 3pc. And we got a really tiny thigh a small leg and a wing. The chicken was delicious as usual but we were still hungry after. We wanted to order an eight-piece but got two three pieces because they wouldn't give us all dark.... And we still didn't get all dark. I'm not sure what was up with the macaroni and cheese but the cheese on top was dark orange. Popeyes is my favorite place in Michigan and I was really expecting the restaurant here to be amazing and it just wasn't."

"Waited damn near 30 min order was completely wrong. Like literally the whole order wrong. Handed it back to them. - I ordered #7 seafood combo they then tell me AFTER all of this at 9 pm when they close at 12- there’s no more shrimp. Changed the order to a 3 piece mild chicken tender + my separate meal. Gave me just the tenders and the ghost pepper rings. No sides or drinks. I explained my order again. Completely. Still gave me everything one by one finally. No drinks. Waited for drinks. Finally got my food after almost 35-40 min. I just got home. WHY IS THE TENDERS SPICY. like omg. Had about 5-6 people in there working. And yet the slowness I just can’t even describe."
