"Best Shawarma you can have in the entirety of New Orleans and Westbank. Ask for Saj Shawarma if you want it the Lebanese way. Also, their chicken tenders are great & I love the Philly cheesesteak. I've tried every item except the gyro & the fried fish, & I don't have any complaints. I know a few people who legit drive 40 minutes to eat here. Bring beef shawarma back PLEASE"

"Maybe I'm not eating the same food all these 5 start reviews are coming from. Edit: SHWARMA SHACK'S FOOD IS TRASH AND OVER PRICED TRASH AT THAT. I tried this place because of all the good reviews and a food influencer on Instagram. I don't know who's paying People to leave the reviews but it's misleading. My chicken was so dry it was almost like chicken jerky. I went a couple of times to see if maybe it was just a bad experience once but everything was the same each time unappetizing food. Please take this review into consideration and don't waste your money. Go to Cleopatra on Manhattan before the library and eat real enjoyable Mediterranean food. Or if you don't mind a little travel go to Nola and eat at Lebanon's Cafe {my favorite} on Carrollton or Mona's Cafe on Banks street. Shawarma Shack food is trash and overpriced trash at that."

"Still going strong with new menu changes! Always delicious and during cooler days its really nice being able to eat outside. Lots of options from wraps, sandwiches, bowls, and more! Protip: If you're low carb you can ask them to subsitute the rice in the bowl for more salad."

"I promise I’ve been wanting to take a picture of my food when I eat here many times. Unfortunately, I don’t realize I haven’t taken a picture until I ate every last bite. My husband recommended that I at least show the clean bowl lol. Here ya go! I order the chicken shawarma plate. Everything is delicious and they’re always consistent with taste every time we eat here. I like the sweet & spicy, spicy chili, and garlic sauces with my plate. If I could give them 6 stars for always tasting great I would."

"I couldn't find anything wrong... especially being a drive thru/fast food style place you expect something to be off. The food was delicious, the lemonade was fresh and tasty! I only would say less ice... because omg I needed more. The service was wonderful and they explained to me some of the items I needed clarity on with a polite attitude. Definitely worth checking out. The food was fresh and seem made to order. Please keep this up. Awesome place for lunch on the move"
