"My recent visit to Issa Snack Express on the Westbank of New Orleans left much to be desired. Right from the start, the lady at the counter exhibited a crazy lack of friendliness, making the entire experience less than welcoming. The disappointment continued with the food. Unfortunately, the eggrolls, among other items, were soggy and lacked the expected flavor. It seemed like the overall quality of the food fell short of what one would hope for in a dining experience. I've heard good reviews about this place but now im starting to question it. This visit didn't live up to my expectations of savoring local flavors in New Orleans. The combination of rude service and mediocre food made my time at this place less enjoyable than I had hoped. For those considering a visit, Id recommend exploring other dining options in the area for a more satisfying experience."

"Good flavorful snack but overwhelming spicy. Customer service can be worked on, the cashier wasn’t inviting at all. I was in and out. I called my order in. Paid $3.75 for a strawberry watermelon tea that was a hit but I literally only took 5 sips before it was gone. I wanted more. Business is business though."

"ISSA NO for me I ordered the Shrimp and Crab Eggrolls. I got like 3 pcs of shrimp and the rest straight cabbage no crab meat at all Eggrolls were soggy. I paid $7.50 for two soggy Eggrolls, I should have stuck with what I know the Rotel Dip."

"The owner is very nice and friendly, she makes you feel welcomed. This was our first visit here and we loved it. The eggrolls were delicious and I don't usually eat eggrolls at all. I'll definitely be back to try some other menu items."
