"My husband and I stopped to have drinks and food on the balcony! We ordered the chargrilled oysters and alligator appetizer, both were excellent! Don’t wait in the long lines at the “popular” oyster houses, the Oysters here rocked!!"
"The establishment is very noisy the doors are kept open what’s the point? I find the service extremely long despite of 3 tables having to be served at the same time as us. The waitresses are nice though. The prices are high compared to the size of the dishes and their quality. Only a piece of sausage in my chicken and andouille sausage dish. The bread is dry and industrial, it's just disgusting. The fried alligator bites are okay. I don't recommend this place at all for eating, having a drink in a pinch."
"Mixed Experience with Great Views and Dedicated Staff My husband and I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was pretty good, and we especially enjoyed the oysters and drinks. The real highlight, however, was the view. The restaurant offers fantastic views for people-watching, especially if you manage to snag a table on the balcony. Our evening started with a bit of a wait. The hostess informed us of a 15-minute wait, which turned into about 45 minutes. During this time, we noticed the restaurant was beginning to clear out. Curious, my husband went to check on the balcony and was surprised to find that all the tables were empty. When he informed the hostess, she promptly let us up to the balcony. It was a shame we had to wait longer than expected, but once we were seated on the balcony, the views made up for it. Additionally, I want to commend the male server upstairs who was working very hard, running up and down the stairs. He was in great shape and seemed to be doing his best to ensure everyone was taken care of. If you're willing to be a bit patient and enjoy great views, this place is worth a visit. Just be sure to check the balcony yourself if you're told there's a wait!"
"Love the atmosphere. Restaurant staff is very friendly and reasonable price. We just hangout couple drinks and had a fresh oyster and fried alligator. Their seafood was very fresh. I think this is A good place to hangout with your friends, family, and even just yourself. I would like to go there again when I visit in town."
