"The level of stupidity never ceases to amaze me. I order the 2/6 fish and roast beef 2 chicken sliders and a crinkle cut fry with one car in front of me. 20 seconds later I arrive at the window and they never heard of my order, telling me well y’all order the same thing. What does that even mean? So I give it to them again. When I get home I have no roast beef sandwich only 1 fish 2/6. They say pay them more money I say you’ll get the same level of ignorance and just pay them more. My fault for not going through the bag before leaving. Check your orders people before leaving!"

"The food was very good, however the drink machine was not working correctly. The sprite taste was off as well as the coke and fruit punch. Other than that the store was very clean and the bathroom was very well taken care of. Please get that drink machine up to par."

"I wish to first mention that, Corporate needs to stop using commercials to advertise items no longer offered (I watched the commercial on local television in my hotel- less than 24 hours before my visit). I know it seems minuscule but I am in town from a different state for business and we drove 32 minutes for the item still shown on commercials but corporate stopped serving due to a problem with getting the sauce/cheese. for the Classic Cheesesteak sub. Huge letdown. We drove the extra time due to the location having better reviews than those closer to our stay in Harvey, LA. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and how KIND all of the workers were. It’s hard to find that in fast food/retail now. Is there is anything this specific location can improve on? No, they were wonderful, informative, and apologetic that we couldn’t get what we wanted! The food was great, hot, and fresh, and we finished every bite!!"
