"VINCENT'S is all about FLAVORS ! Best meal I have ever had ! We had a couple appetizers first. The escargot were delicious and cooked in a flavorful garlic, onion sauce that made them taste more like mushrooms to us. Not fishy at all. The calamari were cooked to perfection ! Crisp coating and TENDER meat instead of like chewing on rubber bands. The marinara sauce was slightly spicy and had more robust flavors than traditional sauce. I had the seafood eggplant medallions, my husband had the salmon, and my stepson had chicken alfredo. We all thought our food was amazing ! This was my first time at a Vincent's and it's no wonder this place is renowned in New Orleans. There are 2 locations with some slightly different meal choices, and my husband has been a few times before me. He chooses something different every time he goes because the food is so good, he loves everything ! Dim lighting and fine decor make this a classy place. A little higher priced but worth every penny. This place is the difference between eating and dining. An incredible dining experience."
"One of the best meals and experience! We came here after Les Miserables. Could not have been more pleased! Food and service were outstanding! My favorite was the Seafood Napoleon. The Oysters Vincent was one of my best appetizers ever! And I had the best Oysters Rockefeller here tonight. All around, outstanding. We will make this an annual family!"
"Wait staff professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food was very good. Just me and wife and got a generous amount of hotel butter with our bread. We ordered artichoke Vincent, it was excellent I highly recommend. I ordered canneloni and my wife got the veal picata both were very good. I had pink peppermint ice cream for dessert, it was fantastic. We will definitely go back."
"Let me say...Yum..yum..yum. Great old Italian Restaurant with excellent tasting food. I gave 4 stars on service because they did not have enough servers for a Tuesday night. I overheard the Maitre de tell another couple they were dead the last Tuesday so they didn't schedule many servers for this Tuesday and they were slammed. Well hiw about you always be ready with staff and then send home if you aren't busy. Anyways, our service was slow...we had tonask for most everything and while we weren't in a big hurry at 7:30 at night we were the last to leave at closing. Our food was amazing and the atmosphere is even better. They have cute little bread sticks at your table with this amazing garlic butter so this was our saving grace as it took awhile to get out food which was kind of okay because you don't feel like your meal is shoved at you to hurry. Overall it was wonderful and I would go back again. Bread is so yummy, and the calamari was perfect."
