"I called on Friday and left a message, he called my back very quickly and scheduled to come out on Monday. Monday morning he called to give me they window for services and ended up calling me back ahead of schedule which was great. He fixed the part that I thought was broken that had actually just come unhooked. He is very nice to my dogs also, this means a lot to me! To top it all off he didn’t even charge a service charge for coming out. All around great service man!"

"I bought whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe’s and since I bought this refrigerator it’s freezing my food in refrigerator section like milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables everything is freezing he came twice very nice person. Second time when he came he talk to the whirlpool they decided it’s defective he went out sitting in my driveway wrote me a text saying the whirlpool is agreed to replace this refrigerator and it will take two weeks for the process. I waited for 3 weeks he never call me and I try to call him so many times he never answered or returned my call so I got tied of him. Then I call whirlpool and whirlpool said they don’t have any record him coming to my house or discussing any thing with him. I still have this defective refrigerator and I am using my ice chest to for my groceries still fighting with whirlpool and Lowe’s protection plan ."

"I called him to replace the heating element on my LG dryer. He seemed nice and got the part changed. A few months later the dryer stopped heating again, so I called him to come back. He came to assess the situation, ordered a part and told me it would be about a week.......I did not hear from him, so after calling him to touch base, he returned my call, came out and changed the part he said needed to be changed. However, in less than 30 days, the dryer stopped heating again. Was able to get him back out after several attempts, he said it was a different part and would order it. Again, didn't hear back from him for an extended amount of time....I did finally get a text to say the part was in and when I should expect him. He did not show, did not contact me and has still not done so after a month. He seemed to be a very nice guy, but I would not recommend him."
