"I am very dissatisfied with this store. I paid way too much money to be left with a defective product. I purchased a pair of Labron"s had trouble with the straps sticking. I took them back had to convince the manager that I needed a new pair. However, second time around same problem misplaced my receipt STUCK with defective shoes. I will never ever buy shoes from this store. again. Cheryl Pipkins."

"Terrible customer service. I wanted to surprise my kid with some 7.5 black and white women Nike Roshe. First, I called just to be sure they had that style and size. They said, yes we have them. I picked them up, then mailed them to my kid. To my disappointment, they had given me two different sizes. And that really spoiled the surprise. I will not ever buy shoes from that location again!!!!!"
