I have had no concern or problem recommending his shop to anyone over the years. His store is a little hard to get to, but well worth the effort once you get there. If he does not have it, he will find it and at a price you do not want to go anywhere else and look. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate him 100."

"Just because they are cheaper here in Shreveport, please don't make this your 1st option because you will get what you pay for. There is a gentleman name Robert who runs this place of business. His customer service is absolutely horrible, the only upside with this gentleman is that he does know what he is doing when it comes to the tuxedos. He doesn't explain anything dealing with their policy on returns nor on late fees. He doesn't seem to take pride in his store nor his customer service. Please use this place as your very last resort. And if you have to come here PLEASE READ EVERYTHING AND ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT EVERYTHING. I had a big guy in my wedding and he didn't have his size at all. He isn't really big, he is just tall and a little wide. I had to pay more for deposit ($65) to order his tux and only got back $20. I was giving some info about how ordering the tux was going to be more, but never explained how the $65 was going to be split up. I was in the mindset from what Robert and I talked about that the $65 was a deposit to order the tux and was getting that back once I brought the tux back. But in my opinion if you been in this business for 35 years you would think they would have everything from an infant to big men. This company really has been on the decline in Shreveport for years now. There has been 2 stores I know for sure who has closed down. And this store looks old and run down. His displays are old, dirty and dusty. It was hot in this place of business every time I went in to the store. The dressing rooms are disgusting and hot also. This location wouldn't be a good idea for people who are dealing with a lot at a stressful time in they life because weddings will take a toll on couples, so don't let this place add to the fire."
