"I’m a shopper. I like to shop. I asked for a size in one of the dresses and the lady tried looking for it but found none. When I asked for the possible sizes in the other items I pulled out, she flat out said all whats available is on the rack. So, not much help really. I tried to be polite but....it was obvious that I wasnt welcome in the store. I had 10+ items I wanted to try on because I didnt get anything in my size so I wanted to know if it would work or not but she was not happy about it. I continued to walk around the store and before I finished browsing, the lady was like you only get 5 items to try on. Im an international customer and I am willing to pay for 20+ items from that store but I felt like the whole experience was so bitter. Gladly they have a store in orlando. I will be heading there next, so hopefully I wont receive such resentful treatment. Furthermore, there was a dress I wanted under the 35 dollar rack and in the tiniest handwriting it said unless items marked 65. Common. You could at least just keep them off the rack."

"The Outlet had maybe 20 shoppers total walking around. We walked into this store which my partner purchases a lot of stuff. The sales girl was extremely rude. They were very unhelpful. You have no shoppers in the entire mall and you are rude to us with potentially buying a number of items. We just walked right back out. Avoid this store. All other stores we visited were pleasant and treated us very well. Sales are obviously down and we were spending money. But not at this store."

"I needed to buy a gift for someone so I aimlessly wandered around the Riverwalk shopping center. I didn't wander far before I stumbled upon francesca's. The associate, Jessalyn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was amazing. I told her my predicament and that I wasn't much of a shopper. She assessed my situation according to the persons age, maturity level, etc. and helped me pick out the perfect gift. Thank you so much!!! I'd give more stars if I could!"
